  This store could be so good. It is large and easy to get to by public transport. However, the staff let the store down badly. Some of the staff (including supervisors) are so ignorant. Really rude and barely speak English!. They think they can talk down to the customer. Manners are non existent. The toilets are always so filthy too. Disgusting. I prefer Morrisons next door and their toilets are always very clean.

  Staff are poor and their customer service skills are lacking. The store is messy and poorly laid out, it is dingey and clothing in particular is of a poor standard with a lot of it strewn here and there. Good luck finding anything.

  Too much stock being put out whilst shopping. Therefore difficult to get to the shelves. Not enough checkouts open whislt it was busy

  Customer Service poor, not helpful at all most of the asian staff hide all the deals in the warehouse for thrmselves just like Sainsburys Hendon (similar mafia group). All entrences blocked with clutter. Too many people with no children in their vehicles parking in child bays. Given up telling the management they do not action or listen just like Sainsburys Hendon management gang.
